Cerberus Tech Joins Sports Video Group in the US and Europe

We’ve joined the Sports Video Group on both sides of the Atlantic.

Cerberus Tech is now a member of SVG US and SVG Europe, bringing us closer to a community we’re already very familiar with: the people and organisations behind the production and delivery of live sport.

Sport has long been an important part of the work we do. Livelink is used in live sports workflows where reliability, flexibility and the ability to get content where it needs to go really matter. Joining SVG gives us another opportunity to be part of the wider conversation around how those workflows are changing, while learning from the broadcasters, production teams, rights holders and technology partners working with them every day.

Joining both the US and European communities also reflects where we’re heading as a business. We’re continuing to grow our presence and relationships in North America while remaining closely connected to the European broadcast and production market.

And we’re getting started straight away.

Chris Clarke and Brad Carter will be heading to the US over the next couple of months, including attending the SVG Remote Production Forum in Atlanta (23-24 September) and SVG TranSPORT in New York (20 October). Both events will be a great opportunity to meet more of the SVG community and hear how organisations are approaching the technology and operational challenges around live sports production, contribution and distribution.

Looking ahead to later in the year, we are also excited to announce that we are going to be Silver Sponsors at the SVG Summit in New York in December. More to follow on that!

If you’re attending any of the upcoming events in Atlanta or New York and would like to catch up with the team while they’re there, get in touch.
