We’re delighted to share that Cerberus Tech has been named the winner of the IAMT Best Operations & Lifecycle Award for the Asia-Pacific region.
The award recognises excellence across the full operational lifecycle of media services, including system design and architecture, deployment, monitoring, uptime, security, service delivery and vendor ecosystems.
Commenting on the award, Chris Clarke, CRO at Cerberus Tech, said:
“What makes this award particularly meaningful is that it recognises an area of the industry that often goes unseen. Delivering a successful live service isn’t just about the video path itself; it’s about everything that surrounds it. Monitoring, control, scalability, security and operational simplicity all play a critical role.
We’re proud that the judges recognised the importance of that operational layer and the work our team has put into making it easier for customers to manage complex live workflows.“

What stood out to us most was the feedback from the judges, who highlighted our orchestration capabilities, support for multiple stream protocols, self-service functionality and the scalability of the platform. Those comments align closely with the challenges we see customers facing every day.
The best line of feedback from the judges: “The self-service capability is cool.”
As live video workflows continue to evolve, organisations are managing more services, more destinations and more infrastructure than ever before. Cloud technologies have created enormous flexibility, but they have also introduced new layers of operational complexity. Increasingly, the value isn’t in individual processing components, but in the orchestration layer that brings them together and makes them practical to operate day to day.
That thinking has shaped the development of Livelink from the beginning. While transport protocols, cloud platforms and processing technologies continue to evolve, the operational challenges remain remarkably consistent. Teams need visibility, control and confidence that services can be deployed, monitored and scaled without creating additional workload.
Whether it’s supporting multiple transport protocols, providing self-service control, delivering real-time monitoring, or enabling customers to scale resources up and down as requirements change, our focus has always been on simplifying the operational reality of running live video services. The goal is not simply to move content from A to B, but to provide a platform that makes those workflows easier to manage throughout their entire lifecycle.
We’re particularly pleased to receive this recognition in the Asia-Pacific region, where we’ve worked closely with customers supporting a wide range of contribution, distribution and live production workflows. The region continues to be a source of innovation and operational excellence within the media industry, and we’re proud to play a part in that ecosystem.
Thank you to IAMT, the judging panel, our partners and, most importantly, our customers. Many of the capabilities recognised by this award have been developed in response to real operational requirements and customer feedback.
We’re proud of the recognition, but even more encouraged by what it says about the direction of the industry. As workflows become more distributed, more cloud-based and more dynamic, operational simplicity, scalability and orchestration will only become more important.
