Cerberus Tech Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates our website(s) and for customers of our managed services remote access facilities and other functionality as outlined in our Customer Support Guide (collectively the “Facilities”).

This page informs you of our policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Facilities. We use Personal Information for providing and improving the Facilities. By using the Facilities, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Reference may also be appropriate, depending on context, to our Security or Disaster Recovery policies. For customers our contract, SLA and customer/user guides will be relevant and in the event of conflict these take precedence over this Policy.

For (potential) Customers the standard of encryption to secure your content between edge points and options for greater levels of security and resilience can be included within the design of your service provision e.g. 1+1 feed, geo-diverse cloud nodes, etc. Please discuss your requirements with your relationship contact at Cerberus Tech.

For employees, we attach huge importance to security and privacy of Personal Information and customer Content and employees must ensure awareness and compliance with our Staff Handbook and their contract of employment.

Information Collection And Use

We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email, bank account/payment information and other business information that you provide for transactional purposes such as, but not limited to, purchases (“Personal Information”). Any Personal Information that you provide must be provided with the permission of the relevant persons. We use Personal Information to provide services or information to you or for marketing of our services and business and in connection with mandatory requirements of governmental authorities and to perform our role as an employer.
